We offer a refund only in Jadore designer products if the returned item meets our return T & C; however, you will be charged a 15% restocking fee and the shipping cost will be deducted from your refund if you received free shipping.

Should you be unhappy with your purchase, you have 14 days after the order was delivered to return the item/s, however you have to request and apply for a return within 24 hours after delivery of your order. The items must be in the original condition, not worn, not washed and with all the tags and labels not removed and still attached.  All returns will be processed within 10-15 business days of physically receiving the returned item.

RETURN CONDITIONS

For items with no quality issue, please ensure the returned items are unused in the same condition that you received them, with all tags still attached, in their original packaging. All return requests must be authorized by our customer service team before shipping to our address. Our team will not be able to process any returned items without Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. 

Please note, if you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.

• We do not accept returned items that have been soiled, damaged or smell of smoke or any other odour. Any items returned in this condition will be sent back to the original delivery address.
• Lingerie & Underwear Products Are Not Refundable Due To Hygiene Reasons.
• We do not cover your shipping costs back.

DAMAGED PRODUCTS

Before your parcel leaves our warehouse, it is fully checked and quality controlled by our packing team. If you receive an item which is damaged, please contact our Customer Care service immediately.

• In the event of an unexpected fault, Morvarieds is happy to provide a replacement or repair at no extra cost to the customer (within reason & upon approval)
• For all faulty claims, immediately lodge a return request and attach clear photos of the claimed faults on the product.
• Depending on the claim, any faults caused during the course of wearing the item/s may be void, as all the closures, joints, moving parts and embellishments are checked / tested prior to shipment.

SALES ITEMS

We do not accept Sale, Discount, or Mark Down product returns. Only regular priced items will be issued a store credit.

Please note, items purchased by using the signing up discount codes are not classed as "sale items" and are subject to our normal returns policy.

STORE CREDIT

An email will be sent to you with a store credit code. Your store credit can be used on any product and is valid for six months from date of issue. To use your store credit, checkout as you normally would and enter your store credit number in the discount code field. Items purchased with store credit as payment are final sale and non-returnable. Store credit is provided in Australian Dollars.

ORDER CANCELLATION, REFUSED PACKAGES

• All sales are final after 14 days of receiving your package.
• If you wish to cancel your order after placing your order online, you will be charged a 15% cancellation fee and issued a monetary refund.
• If your order has already been processed, it will be considered as an original purchase and processed like any other return following our store policies.
• Any refused shipments will incur a 25% penalty and issued a store credit.

Public Holidays

Shipping days do not include public holidays.

Custom and duty charges

Deliveries to countries outside Australia might incur customs or import taxes. Unfortunately, since we don’t have any control over these charges, we can’t cover them for you.

• The website platform is not able to accept two discount coupons for one order at the same time, Therefore, if you are using a discount coupon for your order and total price goes under the Free Shipping Threshold amount of the zone, you won't be eligible for Free shipment.

• Signature on delivery applies to most Express Parcels & all orders over $300 AUD

• If the receiver gives the courier authority to deliver without a signature or the receiver gives the courier authority to leave, Morvarieds PTY LIMITED is not held liable in the event the parcel goes missing. Further, Morvarieds will not be able to refund or resend the parcel. We appreciate your understanding.

• Inventory changes rapidly, therefore not every colour/size combination listed is in stock. If the dress is available to ship immediately your order will be processed automatically. If the dress is out of stock, we will contact you immediately to inform you of your options.

 

SOME TIPS BEFORE PLACING YOUR ORDER

Sizing

All our dresses are sized according to each designer’s specifications; therefore, their sizes may differ from the size you normally wear.

Before placing your order, we recommend looking at the size chart of the dress you are interested in, to make sure you are choosing the best size for your measurements.

Alternatively, you can take your measurements to our size recommendation app; using “What’s my size?” button on the product page to get a suggestion for the right dress size based on your body measurements.

Furthermore, you can find very useful information in our size guide page by going to the size guide tab which is located on our website top menu.

Colour 

The colours of dresses displayed on our website may vary from monitor to monitor and the actual product you receive may or may not represent the colours you see on our website.

External factors such as lighting/flash photography may also affect the true colour of some dresses, hence why we strive to accurately identify the colour of the garment within the product title or product page. If still unsure, please be in touch with our customer care team.

Jadore Dresses

We offer a refund only in Jadore designer products if the returned item meets our return T & C; however, you will be charged a 15% restocking fee and the shipping cost will be deducted from your refund if you received free shipping.
