Our dresses are sized according to individual designer specifications, which might result in variations from your usual size. Prior to placing an order, we recommend consulting the size chart for the specific dress you're interested in. Additionally, you can take advantage of our size recommendation app by clicking the “What's my size?” button on the product page. This tool provides a suggested dress size based on your body measurements. When using the app, please ensure that you select your preferred "Fit Preference" to receive the most accurate size suggestion. It's important to note that while the app helps you find a suitable size, you may still need to consider alterations. Some customers have different sizes in their upper and lower body, which the app might match with the larger size. In such cases, you might need to make alterations for the other parts of the dress.
Please note that colours of dresses displayed on our website could differ due to monitor varieations. The actual product you receive may vary from the colours seen on our website. Factors like lighting and flash photography can influence colour perception. We take care to accurately represent garment colours on the product title or page. Refunds or returns solely due to colour variation won't be accepted.

FAULTY OR INCORRECT ITEMS

As an online-only dress shop with limited in-house stock, it's important to note that we do not accept returns for reasons of change of mind or if the purchased dress does not meet your personal preferences. We encourage our customers to make informed choices before placing an order by utilizing our size recommendations and taking note of product details, ensuring a satisfactory purchase. Moreover, should you require additional information about a dress you're interested in, our dedicated customer service team is readily available to assist you. They are equipped to provide supplementary photos, videos, and other relevant details for certain products, as applicable. Please note that we do not provide monetary refunds. However, we do facilitate size exchanges for full priced items, subject to availability. If the requested size for the dress is in stock, we are pleased to accommodate the exchange. If the size you're seeking is not available, we will issue a store credit to you. This credit can be used for selecting another item from our collection that fits your desired size and is in stock. Please be aware that for all exchanges, there will be a deduction of a 25% exchangege/restocking fee. Additionally, any shipping costs associated with the exchange will be covered by the customer.
Our goal is to ensure your satisfaction, even in cases where size availability might pose a challenge. Should you have any queries or require assistance with your exchange or store credit, our customer service team is here to provide support.

- All return requests must be authorized by our customer service team before shipping to our address.
- Any returns without an RMA are subject to a penalty of 50% percent of the purchase amount.
- The items must be in the original condition, not worn, not washed, not altered and with all the tags and labels not removed and still attached.
- Extra care must be taken when trying on clothing, please ensure you are not wearing any makeup, fragrance or deodorant that may leave a scent or mark.
- Dresses must be shipped back to us via Australia Post or DHL. Shipping labels are not provided. Customer is responsible for return shipping charges.
- We do not refund the cost of delivery. The shipping cost will be deducted from your store credit.
To initiate a return for an item, simply click on the 'Return My Order' button below and follow the provided procedures. We will respond within 48 hours." :
- All pending return requests will be actioned within 2 business days from date of lodgement. Additionally upon approval, all returns will be processed within 5-10 business days of physically receiving your item.
- Please disregard the 'Delivered' tracking status when returning an item to us; as this may mean your parcel is simply 'delivered to our PO Box' but not yet physically collected by our returns team. You will be contacted once your return has been transferred to our office and is processed.
FINAL SALES ITEMS
- All Purchases are “Final Sale” 3 days after the order was delivered.
- Store Credits are final sale.
- Special Orders are final sale as these items are cut specifically for you.
- Pre-Oder items.
- All international orders are final sale.
- All exchanges are final sale.
- Wedding and white dresses, Bridesmaid collections.
- All items other than full priced items,discounted items, sales using a promo code, are final sale.
We cannot accept returns in the following items:
- All Final Sales.
- Returns attempted outside of the 5 days’ time frame from the date of issuing RMA will be denied and returned to customer.
- We reserve the right to refuse to accept returns if goods are not returned in a sale-able condition or are damaged.
- We do not accept returned items that have been soiled, damaged or smell of smoke or any other odour. Any items returned in this condition will be sent back to the original delivery address.
- A return can be only once.
An email will be sent to you with a store credit code. Store Credit cannot be transferred to another person or account. Your store credit can be used on any product in our website and is valid for 12 months from date of issue. To use your store credit, checkout as you normally would and enter your store credit number in the discount code field. You will not be permitted to use the store credit for a cart value under the issued store credit amount. Any purchase amounts that exceed the value of the Store Credit will require an additional method of payment for the remaining balance due. Items purchased with store credit as payment are final sale and non-returnable.
- Before your parcel leaves our warehouse, it is fully checked, and quality controlled by our packing team. If you receive an item which is damaged, please contact our Customer Care Service immediately.
- In the event of an unexpected fault, Morvarieds is happy to provide a replacement or repair at no extra cost to the customer (within reason & upon approval)
- For all faulty claims, immediately lodge a return request and attach clear photos of the claimed faults on the product.
- Depending on the claim, any faults caused during the course of wearing the item/s may be void, as all the closures, joints, moving parts and embellishments are checked / tested prior to shipment.
ORDER CANCELLATION, REFUSED PACKAGES
- If you wish to cancel your order after placing your order online, you will be charged a 15% cancellation fee and issued a monetary refund.
- If your order has already been processed, it will be considered as an original purchase and processed like any other returns following our store policies.
- Any refused shipments will incur a 50% penalty and issued a store credit.
